Clearer notification of non-standard settings

There should be a better notification if game settings are changed from default.  Most people play with the default settings, so most people assume settings will be default.  I've just played two games in a row where the host had non-standard settings and as annoying as it is personally to realize I've been sucked into a game with fast gamespeed the real killer is that as soon as it was realized that there were non-standard game settings two people dropped. 

I'm all for everyone playing whatever version of the game they like, just make it more obvious so people are all on the same page.
