New Demigod: Durglar

Name of Demigod: Durglar

Type of Demigod: Assassin

General description: Frog-like humanoid warrior in light ornate magical armor with huge magical halberd type weapon (twice the size of Durglar)

Abilities:

Ability 1. Leap. Durglar leaps a medium distance causing small AOE damage on landing. Main characteristic being low-cooldown allowing crazy leaping attacks everywhere and a hard to pin down Durglar. (Levels increase distance and damage).

Ability 2. Singing Spear Attack. Durglar does 3 swift 360 swings with his halberd doing good damage to everyone around him. (Levels increase damage and reduce armor).

Ability 3. Flying Tongue/cleave Attack. Durglar fires his tongue at target attaching himself then pulls himself flying through the air bringing his halberd down with a huge overhead swing onto his target. Lots of damage and stun's the target. (Levels increase damage and stun)

Ability 4. Monsoon Prayer. Durglar ribbits the sacred prayer to his mages who summon up a powerful rainstorm that slows all targets caught in its AOE and speeds up Durglar attack.
(Levels increase slow and Durglar attackspeed)

*Was thinking a reasonably fast/martial arts based demigod with good mobility/dodge and solid hard strikes. The monsoon prayer ability used to further make mobility a defining characteristic in attacks.

I expected a ban hammer :-)

But maybe we should leave that to the Yarlen Demigod

lol, how about:

Appeasement: grants the ability to hold wave after wave of rampaging minions with soothing croaks of reassurance.

No, he should be a general, and be able to summon a legion of BEES!

Maybe I just think a amphibian-like demigod warrior would be unique and cool. He doesn't have to be called 'frogboy', that was just a good-will gesture for the hard work him and his crew do |-)

Picturing this demigod fightning in my head makes me highly amused. ^_^

Ability 5. Durglar's Deception. Durglar disguises himself as a lowly minion, the disguise lasts as long as he doesn't attack/or be attacked. Durglar reveal's himself with a mighty 'Croak!' Enemies are stunned on reveal. (Levels increase stun time).

heh, ok might sound like I'm pulling your chain but I find the idea of a sneaky, highly mobile, disabling demigod highly appealing. :P

Please tell me you just randomly came up with that name and don't play WoW on Spirestone... :p
