Hmm... moo3 had that random speech generator (he nervously roared "please cuddle me"), I wonder if we could get the ai empires to use random titles. Yeah, no galaxy is ever the same - today the bad dudes are lead by a high caesar, tomorrow by a wiener lord. Politics is a dirty business :)
