Ability to Tag Players

Certain players I have played with I really would never want to play with again - i'm sure the feeling is mutual Would it be possible to tag a player with a tag could be a smiley if they were an enjoyable player or a neg smiley if not etc. Then in the lobby these could be shown against the player names.
