Serial key problem

HELP TECH PEOPLE!

I bought yesterday Demigod... I played the singleplayer 1 day and today I wanted to go online... BUT I know I got a LEGAL Demigod DVD... I got it from a legal shop... but still stardog will not reconice the key... How the (peep) is that posible!!!

Any Idea? (and yes I typed it right...)

Sigh... Somehow it solved itself... First message I got was Impulse does not reconice the key and now itds downloading...

Well before you came on board, Dash, they had this scavenger hunt contest thing that actually did have the Stardog for a mascot
