Connection to internet issues

Everytime i try to connect to multiplayer, it says invalid username or password, and when i hit create a account, it says just logs me into impulse, and then when i go back to try multiplayer, it still says invalid username or password. what should ido

Im not sure whas going on since i logged on succesfully on a friends computer with the same username and password, but it wont log me on here

Try uninstalling/reinstalling Impulse:  http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe
