How can Sedna have >3200hp right out of the box?

In a game I just played, the opponent Sedna had >3200hp (unforunately, I don't remember the exact amount) the first time I saw her. And the first time I saw her was right at the beginning of the game, just as the two teams were engaging to claim flags for the first time.
I asked her how she had so much hp, and she said "Blood of the Fallen and Banded Armor." But that math doesn't add up. She must have had something else that she forgot to mention.
Poking around at demgoddb.com has not revealed to me how she could have had that many hitpoints, though. I can't get her over 3000 much less 3200 using the starting 1000. Not even assuming she waited to make an extra 100 gp before coming out. (That's possible--IIRC, I went to center flag first, then left flag. It was cataract. That's when I saw her--so there was at least that much delay.)
To be clear, there had of course been no kills yet at this point in the game. Possibly she was level 2 but I'm pretty sure we were both level 1. (Even at level 3 I can't see how she'd get over 3200hp at that early point in the game. Really, I'm sure there was no time for her to have farmed and then returned to buy items and the returned to take a flag by this point.)
