Can't create Direct3D?

Okay my video card is an Intel 82945G Chipset family, and well I'm the farthest thing there is from a computer wiz, and really want to play this game, but when I updated the video card it still says the same thing =(. Can i play the game with this video card? If not what can I do/buy to improve this?

Unfortunately, Intel 945 chipsets are below the game's minimum requirements. You would need to purchase a new video card at least (depending on your other system specs) in order to run the game.

Thanks. =( Awell I'm getting a new computer when we move in July, so I guess I can wait until then. Any suggestions on what brand would be best?
