resource not found WB6

When installing any theme ".WBA", I always have the message error 'resource ... not found. (XP SP3)

Can you give me the way to solve it. Thks

Did you change the default folder where skins are stored?

Or, did you use a registry cleaner before the error appeared? Can you find the folder where your skins are stored? Has there been a major system event recently?
