Getting started
Christmas 2003

I tired to get something started a few years ago using Hotmail or Yahoo I don't remember which. No one responded. Hopefully this will be a better solution to maintain inter-family communication. While we will still want to send email to each other this blog will provide a place to post news, photos, links and anything else someone thinks significant.
At this time the site is open to everyone in the world. This can be changed to just family members or any group we want to define. I think we should encourge all with a connection to our family to use it.
Yesterday 12/12/03 Roger gave Jamie a diamond. They plan to be married sometime in the next few months but haven't set a date yet. I haven't seen it yet but Gail said it was a very nice ring.
Tami and Jeff are celebrating Jacob's birthday at the local Chucky Cheese on Tuesday. Jacob will be 4. Maybe he already is but I don't remember the exact date.
As soon as possible after Christmas I will leave for Thailand spending five or six weeks there. It is much easier to breathe in the warm climate. The winter months are modertate in Chiangmai and not so hot as the rest of the year. Usually each day is sunny and a hight of 80 degrees or so. In the evening it can be a little cool but never below about 55 degrees.
Hope everyone will contribute. Have a wonderful Chirstmas and New Year.
Bernie
