Camera spins around...?

I've had this strange bug happen at least four times now.  Whenever I would start up a game, the camera would just keep spinning around nonstop as if I had been holding down the Q key.  Holding down ctrl, alt, or E seems to stop it until I let go, but a complete reboot of my computer is necessary to fix the problem (as in, even if I quit the game and start it up again, it will continue with the spinning as soon as I start a match).

I don't know if this is just me.  My keyboard tends to do stupid things every once in a while.  But outside the game, nothing seems out of the ordinary.
