Impulse Product Registration Problem

Hello guys,
I have a Problem with the Product-Registration at the Program "Impulse"
I insert de Serial Number wich stand in the back side of the little Book of Demigod.
The Error Message is : "The serial number you have entered is not recognized by impulse.
Only Serial Numbers privides by Stardock will be accept."
What can I do? This is a original CD-Key. Must I registrate first at a other Page before i can registrate my Product on Impulse?
Or must i send a Message to the support because there is a Problem with the Key?
