demigod error/exception

Can anyone help we can't run Demigod at all we get the follwoing exception after the game is installed:

the exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occured in the application at location 0x00c8c06f what can we do?

I think you should post this in the Stardock forum (Demigod was published by Stardock). This is the Atari forum.

I've just downloaded the Demigod demo for the 3rd time, this time through Impulse and it just won't run! Even from the Impulse games page, when it's highlighted and I click run, the play goes up one but nothing else happens I've checked installation and Impulse says all is well....why won't it play???!!!
