Can't upload to library?

Anyone have any information on why we are not able to upload to the library right now?

Maybe I don't correctly understand your concern. If not, I'm sorry.

You cannot directly upload to the Library. You have to submit it first using the Submit to Library link along the left column.

OK, as far as I can tell, I cannot submit to the library. I have tried every few hours for over a day now.

When I complete the forms and submit, I get a "this page cannot be displayed" error.

Ok, I let it go 8.5 hours this time. Still can't send anything to the library.

Six more hours after the last bump. I feel like the lone voice in the wilderness.

This is like those sensory deprivation experiments.
