Windows 7 RTM - Impulse Icons Hop Out

I have been having a strange icon behaviour since updating to Windows 7 RTM and the latest fences build. 

I have created desktop icons for all the games I downloaded through impulse and put them into a fence. When I run one of the games, after coming back to the desktop after closing the program, the icon is out of the fence and on the desktop. I can confirm that this is only happening to the icons of impulse downloaded games launched from the icon, BUT NOT when launched from the impulse client. When the game is launched from the impulse client, then the impulse client icon jumps, and the game icons stay.

 

any help would be nice, right now it is not a problem, just annoying.

I have a similair problem, but it happens to any program/game/document. Say, if I play WoW, I'll run minion first, then then close minion and the icon has hopped out onto my regular desktop, then I'll move it back and play wow, after I exit the game, low and behold I notice that the wow icon has doen the same thing, REALLY annoying.

 

Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, and Fences Pro (Object Desktop Ultimate subscriber)
