Game Stats still wacky

Game started very laggy (feedaca or tenbian, don't remember which, was spiking), I said "remake", others said "yes", and left the game, but apparently three players decided to stay on. We left before the 3 minute mark (about 1 min into the game), game is still recorded as a loss. Does a whole team need to leave before 3 mins for the game not to be counted ? Was that already the case before the patch ?

Game ended suddenly after one of the opposing team got killed for the second time. I saw "conceded" messages from the opposing team. Thought "damned rage quitters"... but the stats for the game tell a wholly different story (on the other hand, good thing it wasn't recorded : a loss would have been annoying, a win undeserved at that point).

Lastly :

Wondering how they got that ? As far as I can tell, I'm on a Losing Streak (albeit only 1 game), and my most recent winning streaks were only two games long...
