Alignment oddness

I find it odd (but amusing) that good civs can trade ultra-goody-goody techs like `Benevolence` for badboy tech like `Master Race` and `Advanced Naughty Words`.

Shouldnt these trades only be permissible if both civs meet the alignment restrictions?

Not sure if this is a bug or suggestion so it can go here.
