Bug in the newest version

Im not sure if this is the right place im new around here ..
anyway after i save a game when i try & load it, I dont have any info on the screens like it doesnt finish loading , the game thinks it has cause i can move around & pick windows , just nothing on them... I just started getting this problem, I tried a reinstall of everything & made sure to erase all the old stuff & it worked the first few try & now boom same thing again ... really hurts to lose all those turns ,, here are my specs if you need more info ill check later on ....
P3 933 - 512 sdram - SB live - GF3TI 500 .. XP pro .. I am also a neet freak my OS is sound dont have a clue .. I also am a drengin member if that makes a differance
