AI Playing By Same Rules With Galactic Wonders...?

If the AI is playing by the same rules (standard caveats applied), why do they all build the wonders you have built. I'm guessing it is a bug (?) that happens when they have started it but you finish it first.

Yeah, it's a known bug (lotsa posts about it). It's because the game doesn't properly remove the projects from the production queues when they're built.
