Reappearing Chat Overlay

I believe this issue is in the "to-do" list pinned above, but I wanted to mention that I also am experiecing it. After logging into multiplayer, I am getting a reappearing chat tab from a friend with no message in it. If I close the chat box, the tab will reappear in a couple minutes. It is getting a bit annoying, unfortunately, as it occurs while I'm playing. -- NAc
