Registration problem

I bought this game in Russia, where it's published by 1C/Snowball. Totally legal version, non-translated, includes GalCiv2:DL+DA+TotA with just one serial number. When I tried to register the game through Impulse, DL and TotA registered OK with this serial, but not the DA -- the system doesn't recognize this number as correct. So, is there something wrong with my game, or what?

PS Yeah, I know -- my English's kinda bad. Sorry.

Happened the same to me down here in Mexico, dont worry just send your receipts and serials to Stardock support by mail (the adress is a few posts up in "how to send a bug report") , explain your situation and voila, no hassle, and your english is pretty good, dont worry.

Snowball releases typically require you to register with them first, then they issue you a serial to use with Impulse. If you've already done that, then please contact [email protected] about this.
