Game shows everyone lagging out and i win???

During gameplay either at the begginning or end of multiplayer, My computer will show everyone lagging out and the game will end showing that everyone else conceded and i will win. On the other peoples computer it shows that i ended the game which in return i get blamed. My ping is usually 60-100ms and i meet all the reccommended requirements. Anyone help please.

this has happend to me a few times. and think i know what it is. when i happend to me it means that my internet cable has come out. and allthough it shows every else lagging out, you are the only one who has actuly left the game.

check your game results.

thanks, everything is plugged in, but i noticed that my tv goes out as well . so the cable guy is on his way.
