The war on terror in the year 2203.

Aren't the Calorians the terrorist race? In the three times I've seen terrorist strikes on me,(the planet degrading events are HARSH) I've never seen Calor show up as a race. I know they showed up definately as the Venge,(took me the second game it happened to figure that out) but in my current game I'm not quite sure who it is. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I've seen 3 minor races pop up can't pick out the obvious culprit.

Oh well, I'm an evil civ anyway. I'll kill them all off.

So the question to go with this tale of woe is is the Calor a single race or group of terrorist empires?
