How to change logon bar or sign up or whatever you call it.

Hey guys I'm new here. I was just wondering how do you change the logon on bar thing? Where you pick a user and type in the password. I used Logon Studio but somehow it only changes the background but not the bar or the sign up thing like i see in the preview pictures. Please help if possible. thanks.

by the way i'm running vista premium

In Vista, the only thing you can change is the background. Nothing else is possible to change.
