My understanding of how the computer gaming field as a profession works is that it is not very glamorous and programmers often have to work 80 hours/week to keep their jobs.  It's one of those fields that looks good on the outside but is actually awful on the inside (unless you own the studio or are a higher up).  I don't know if it's like that at Stardock or Ironclad, but I suspect that they are probably too busy to actually play the games more than a few times a year.

Sanchezz that is true, II wanted to become a game developer last year, but when I went to one of the lectures and fell asleep, i knew it aint for me. I heard after that about the long hours and deadlines they have to meet are riduclous, espcially the people who work at EA GAMES, I heard they get treated the worst, longs hours, sometimes no weekends off before a deadline, and no overtime pay, not sure if it is true, but its soulds bad.
