[BUG] NanoHullRepair sound causes error

Checked it out after Pawelo said he had no sound from it.

Whenever I cast NanoHullRepair, I get the error dialog: AudioSystem: LoadSample Failure: Error creating hardware sound buffer. : .\Sound\Effect_NanoHullRepair.ogg. Of course, no sound plays.

Does the file exist in your sound directory? I just ran the build I installed from Impulse and it worked for me. Perhaps that file wasn't downloaded for you?

Got the file still from ye olde vanilla Sins directory.

Yep. I actually modded it back in for Entrenchment 1.03 with not a problem.

So it only fails in 1.04 but the same file, modded to use in 1.03 works???
