An obnoxious bug

The torians were my good buddies and I traded techs for their star systems until they only had their capitol system, Acelloria. Some time later they surrendered to the drengin. Well I happened to be at war with the Drengin so I grabbed Acelloria. One time during the war I launched the one dreadnaught defending the sector to blow up a transport or something. When I told the dreadnought to return to the undefended Acelloria system that I controlled, it fired on it and blew ...nothing... up. "This is weird" I think. Then I tell the dreadnought to go in and it goes back in.

Later after I've made peace a UP resolution is passed protecting trade freighters. One day I decide to move a ship into Acelloria and a message pops up saying something like "freighters are under UP protection so you can't attack this one." And my ship can't move into Acelloria.
