SUPER, short for Simplified Universal Player Encoder & Renderer is free but Visifly is better at the job though AE rules all.

If making dreams or scr and you use TMPGEnc be careful downloading multiconverters as they mess up your TMPGEnc codec settings leading to loop lagging. Xilisoft is the only one I have found to be safe and AVS the worst offender.

AE and Visify are the best for swf but not free, SUPER is free and safe.
