Phase Stabilizers Broken

As the topic says, I've found two pretty major bugs with the Vasari Phase Stabilizers.  Sorry for posting it here but I don't see a "bug" forum.

The Phase Stabilizers work, but in a couple situations, they will not work correctly.  If you build a Phase Stabilizer on the planet that your military ships are currently on, they will NOT use it until you leave the planet and come back again after it's built.  There is some kind of bug that prevents the ships from recognizing the new Phase Stabilizer, and forces them to take the longer route, instead of using the Phase Gate route.  I have had this happen to me multiple times so I know it's real.

Having said that, the Marauder's 4th skill, Stabilize Phase Space, as far as I've seen, does not work at all.  You click it, and there is no animation or any indication that anything has happened, which is convenient because nothing does happen.  I'm assuming it's the same bug that occurs when you build a Phase Stabilizer where your units are and have to leave and come back for it to work, but in this case, it just doesn't work at all.

Can anyone confirm these?

What version are you playing?

the issue with phase stabilizers not registering is not a new one. the devs no about it, but the issue is not really repeatable, semi-random... and they have been trying to catch the damned thing for a looong time.

when you activate the maruaders skill... you should see a 2d amination inside the ring on the ship... and the planet it is around should say something like "phase stablizer node".

It works for me. it tends to take a few seconds for the fleet to recognise it... but it works. it uasually registers by the time you tell them to move the the other planet... notice they are going the long way... tell them to move within the same grav well so they dont jump into a enemy planet... and then try and tell them to jump again.

I tried the Marauder again, and it works fine for me.  Just activate it and jump to the phase stabilizer, or Kostura shot. I am using Entrenchment, version 1.041. 

Are you having problems with vanilla Sins?  As of 1.17 it is still a channeling ability there.

I was using Vanilla Sins, and no, I wasn't aware that it was a channeling ability, that wasn't listed anywhere in the description.

Is Marauder's skill no longer channeling in Entrenchment?

False. Marauder lvl 6 ability to create phase gate is not a passive ability.  Needs to be activated and last only  75 secs.

 

BTW about the phase stability ability.  This has been an issue from day 1.  It takes the game about a few minutes to register that a planet has a phase node.  For some reason the devs cant fix this problem.  You just have to wait.

its... no longer channeling... ITS NOT PASSIVE... but its no longer channeling...  channeling is like Missle barrage... you tell the ship to move its stops the barrage... you can tell the maurader to move and the phase node is still up... Stablize phase space is now like finest hour... the ship can be told to move, attack, jump, or even disabled... but the ability will still be in effect.

 

I shouldnt have to be telling you (of all people) that...

It was mentioned in one of the change logs, that it is no longer channeling in Entrenchment.
