So we have all heard that this expansion is going to be bigger then the other "micro-expansions" But is their any way we could hear any more? I also have some suggestions if they are wanted or whatever stardock wants! Stardock is incredible! Sins is the most amazing strategy game ever! I Really love it, good work!
Well, technically, Ironclad games created Sins of a Solar Empire. Stardock has only been a very good publisher. Also, we don't even know if its another expansion. It could be a sequal or anything else that is not a micro expansion. So yes, more information would be much appreciated devs. 
There were originally set to be three micro-expansions, but diplomacy (the second) has been officially designated as the last micro-expansion. Because of the coy wording, some have taken this to imply that the a third expansion is still planned... there's just nothing "micro" about it. However, this is nothing more than pure speculation and until we get an announcement regarding IC's next project nothing can be said for sure.
I'm hoping that we get a bona-fide Sins-2. I really think that would make much more financial sense than for them to just create a large non-micro expansion after Diplomacy. A sequel would earn fresh publicity, it would go on store shelves, and everyone who had purchased Sins-1 previously and liked it would have to purchase Sins-2.
