Do Terror Stars move and can destroy stars? In one game I played the Terror Star could move, but never tried to blow something up. And now they don't move at all.

Hmm. Could an enemy starbase have loaded the module that slows enemy ships? Is it possible to stop an enemy in his tracks with these modules? If so, I would consider that a bug. Just ruminating...

Terror Stars can destroy planets just by moving them on to a planet. And yes, they should move, but only very slow. I just finished a game using them under 1.05.71, so it should work.
