Will this laptop run Demigod well?

I'm trying to find a laptop that will run full speed in demigod.  Will this do the trick?  Thanks!

Video Memory:  512MB DDR3

Processor Class:  Core 2 Duo

Easily man

However i would replace that: "Hard Drive Speed:  5400 RPM". That hardrive will greatly increase loading time of any game. Trust me i had it 5400 hardrive in my acer aspire 5920 (geoforce 8600mgt).

4gb and 64 bit operating system sounds kind of like a waste. But its a laptop not a pc

Tell us whats the cheapest price you have found.

End of quote

That model is $774 with 8% cashback through bing atm.  My overall goal is a LOW priced laptop that can play games somewhat reasonably.  Being able to play DG well is the minimum requirement.  I'd prefer to get something for less than 1k.

edit - and I will replace the hard drive at some point for SSD.

I think SSDs are a waste of money for most users (especially in a budget gaming laptop, eh!), but otherwise, you'll do well enough with that laptop.

Do not expect to run the game smoothly at high settings, but you should have no issues with low/medium settings, so go for it. Take a peek at this: http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-ATI-Mobility-Radeon-HD-4570.13885.0.html

NOTE: The resolution on it is pretty low, so make sure that you are comfortable with that before committing.

Melchiz true SD are currently an overkill. Maybe good as second small storage just to load OS. Eventually they will ve getting cheaper and more vakue for money.

Pacov add another 70$ and get

ANOTHER REVIEW

My personal belive is asus and toshibas have the best cooling systems in laptops, which gives you some space to overlock if u want. It also seems its has mxm 3 socket for graphic card so it can be replaced(not sure!!!). IF u buy please open it and confirm for me :D:D:D

I was looking at that model as well, Irek, but I'm not sure I'm going to go for it.  I like the specs, but its a refurb at tiger direct and on vista 64 with no upgrade option to 7.  The price point is nice.

Regarding the first model I listed - yeah, I'm not interested in it if it can't run DG at high settings, so I'll pass on that.  Still looking for now.  If the G51VX RX05 had win7 loaded at no additional cost, I'd probably get that in a hearbeat.

Thanks for the feedback/info/ideas guys!

Anyone have any more thoughts on this?  Still on the fence.  Thanks!
