Depends on map, if its crucible -> rook. But in general yes, you have more flexibilty with UB.

Depends who is playing Rook.

Beast will always be dangerous with the proper build... but Rook can pwn 2vs2 when played right.

It's hard enough to fight tower rook when he gets somewhere you dont want him, I don't think you have a chance to stop his advance if Sedna will watch over him.

In a 2v2 on anything but Prison I'd say Rook is going to be more effective unless it's a BotS UB who knows his shit, in which case it's a tossup.

Rook and Sedna can dominate half the map, UB and Sedna can dominate the other team entirely, IMO with the extra speed, dps, and armor. I have trouble with UB pushing Rook out of lanes though if he's got healing support so if it's those 2 pairs against each other I think the Rook/Sedna combo would come out on top.
