My instalation stops at 4% all the time

When i try to install GalCiv 2 Dread lords my istalation stops at C:\...\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2\Gfx\Graveyard.Pgn (4%) fi you know how to fix this plz help me Im desperate to lay GalCiv again
