Diplomacy Bug - Kortul Devastator Jam Weapons Ability

There is a bug with the "Jam Weapons ability" for the Kortul Devastator.

If the Jam Weapons ability is set to auto use, the Kortul Devastator will keep using the ability over and over again depleting all of its antimatter.

I found this bug in single player mode for Diplomacy.

Hm, I thought they fixed that...at least in Entrenchment anyways. Oh, the AutoCast on Mass Disorient for Advent Starbase just keeps casting whether or not there are ships in the area.
