Finally got around to testing this program out. Works well, but you can't use it in conjunction with Dashboard, as far as I can tell!

It doesn't work well with PocketBlinds either. PB buttons funtion erratically when it is loaded (start button never works, control buttons sometimes work). I like that it changes your icons and everything though. I would probably use it full-time if it played nice with PocketBlinds.
