New Utility for WindowBlinds users called RBLINDS(RandomBlinds)

RBlinds is a small utility to allow you to have a different WindowBlinds skin each time it is run, or when the computer is restarted. Has many features, including using a data file so you can select only a number of skins to be randomized, or an autoscan feature to scan for new skins each time it is loaded. Also includes a feature to change skins once a day or once every so many days. Configuration menu is easy to understand, and program is easy to use. If you have alot of Wb Skins, this is for you.
