Good section on desktop shells and themes. I found the comparisons to be fair and pretty accurate.
Very minor item: the best link for Litestep sources would be www.Shellfront.org

Perhaps you should change the NextStart thing to WinStep, seeing NextStart/WorkShelf are meant to work together (or so it seems to me).

Also, ls2k is long dead now and you should have links (working ones) to all apps you mention.
