Not going to use Impulse anymore.

1. Ordered a game. The download did not stick, Ive redownloaded it about five times. Still wont work, even emailed Stardock about it. They havent gotten off their asses and fixed it.

2. The game I ordered came with extra perks. They never showed up. STARDOCK YOU FAIL. And you just lost a customer.

Ok...you vented. Seems there are folks who want to help...so why not edit [add] to your Original Post, describe the problem and maybe someone can help.

You'll get better results than you have up 'til now, anyway.

he may have been talking about star trek online?   in which case his perks wouldn't have arrived until today since you don't get your perks for pre-ordering (from anywhere) until after the headstart...  Just throwing it out there, don't know about the install/download stuff.

Perhaps in the future, Cryptic and digi distr. should do a better job informing their customers of these things. A lot of people seemed confused about this (not me, never purchased the game).

Allegiance, yeah they can be slow, especially going into and coming out of weekends, but that's a complaint I have with ALL digistores. If you calm down some, you'll eventually get help.
