SkinBrowser Beta 2 arrives

The WinCustomize skin browser is really one of a kind. It hooks directly into the WinCustomize database which makes viewing skins, icons, themes, and wallpapers immensely faster. But it doesn't just do that, it can APPLY the skins, icons, and themes directly.
