Installation Problem (DEP)

Using windows vista 64 bit, and whenever I try and install my game I get to the start menu, click install, the game freezes up, and when I x it out I get a pop up about how DEP blocked it. I tried to go into the DEP settings, and set GC2Launch, Autorun, and setup from the disc to bypass DEP, than restarted. But still unable to install the game.
