probléme whit Key CD

Hello to all

I have a problem with the CD key of GC, the first time I install it never asked me the key (since I had to install it several times)

I installed the 1.40 update, launch the game, he asked me my e-mail and CD key, I give and that is what I said:

You may have registered the game previously and forgotten or you may have a used copy. In either case, please contact [email protected] and they'll help you figure it out.
