UNABLE TO UPLOAD A MOD

Can a Site admin please look into this? I am registered and my Account is recognised by every other facility on here EXCEPT Uploading a Mod, when I try I get an SQL error saying something like account not recognised or I do not have enough permissions to put a Mod up. when I log into the Mods Upload section it accepts username and password, but in Red above it "Sorry incorrect Password (or Username) yet I am logged in.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE SORT IT OUT?

Mod uploads had been broke for a while and it doesn't seem like anyone is interested in fixing it. Some people have been using I-Mod Productions to upload their GC2 mods.
