Help making dream files

After hours of getting the video I wanted converted and edited, I was finally able to turn the video into a dream file. The thing now is that when the dream loops, there's like a 1 second pause at the end of the video before it loops back to the beginning. The image itself isn't the most seamless loop, but it would be a lot better if the video instantly jumped from the end to the beginning without the 1 second pause.

Anyone have any idea how to get rid of this pause?

After Effects, full techniques are here http://www.artbeats.com/assets/articles/pdf/going_for_a_loop.pdf  The fist method is the main method for attaining as near a perfect loop as possible after trimming your video it will account for over 90% of your loops - the second method is used when the first method gives you ghost images at the end of the loop. (Typically vegetation swaying or animals moving type video footage require method 2, clouds and water respond great to the first method)

Convert video formats using TMPGEnc but do no editing in it - just use it to get your wmv or mpg (m2v then just rename to mpg) from the avi or mov you saved from AE.
