Latest Release of WB 7 is Messing up Skin

Well, I have spent a month now working on a skin, and today there was an update to Windowblinds 7.  After installing the update and rebooting, my start menu is totally screwed up, it is like the entire area behind the log off buttons and my user panel have gone transparent, picking up whatever color is behind it.  I have no log off area text, and no log off buttons at all now either, and some of the edges of my start menu are now choppy, like parts of them have gone transparent too.  What the heck!

This is on  Windows XP SP3, all latest updates installed and latest Windowblinds like I said.  My WB info is as follows:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.1 (build 87 x86)

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

Delete the .WB4 files in the skin dir and reapply.

If it continues, please provide me with the skin and a screenshot showing the problem.

Thanks for the reply Neil.  I deleted the .WB4 files and the problem still occurs.  It seems that anywhere where the color 0,0,0 (black) was used on the top or bottom panel has become transparent.  I went in and recolored an area to 1,1,1 and the problem went away, so it is definitely a problem with Windowblinds.

Are you using a background effect setting on that part?

No, I am not using any background effect Neil, it looks like this:

Just sent the skin to you Neil, I will be gone for a bit, hope you can figure it out.  I also had a problem on another skin called Azure where the all programs image background turns white in the initial state, weird.

Say Neil, do you think the change of "Optimized Start menu blur performance (Windows XP)" in the new release of WB may have caused this issue?  :S

Actually its due to the layer painting performance modification.

Your skin is using BMP files and the black is being seen as transparent.

I have resolved this and the next build will contain this fix.
