Damn....the first CTD in .302 after 5 mins of playing, and I had no CTDs in 0.3

I've started a new game...and yet another CTD after ending my turn. [I am no expert, but it looks like that 1 specific stuff might be causing this CTD..at least the error reports are similar in the debug files.]
