Purchased Trinity, Registered Now Cant Get Updates?

Hi All,

I've purchased Sins of a Solar Empire Trinity, and installed it today. I've tried accessing the multiplayer in-game and i enter all of the registration info and i get an error "Disconnected from IronClad Online".

So i read through the manual, and loaded up Impulse to register my game in there, which i have done, but when i try and download updates to Diplomacy and Entrenchment it says that I havent registered that game yet?

Can someone help me out please.

Send an email to [email protected] so we can straighten things out for you.  Dealing with account stuff on the forums isn't really the best idea, as personal information is sometimes needed.

Hi Rosco,

Thanks for the reply, I seem to have got things figured out. When i installed the game, it installed Impulse which is where i was having the difficulty with it not picking up Trinity properly, I did not realise that impulse had updated itself. Once i restarted it, it picked everything up fine and let me update.

I'm able to log into the MP fine now.
