That is a mix of 2 walls

Sheath by ~LKarkruff

and one called carbon-cubes which you can find with Google as can't find original of that one.

The screeny above is mostly Official Mac stuff... the icons, the wallpaper...

The windowblind is Sabertooth by Stardock, with my own replacement titlebar buttons and smaller start button.

The dock is silverfox, included with OD2...
