Can't Change "All Programs" menu background color

I just installed "Turn_Off" https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/6816/

I like the skin but I can't see anything on the all programs menu. I can't figure out how to change the background color on the menu (left side).
Does anyone have any advise?

I've been playing with the skin editor and had no luck.

I'm running Window Blinds 7, Windows 7 Ultimate

In Skinstudio: Edit Start Menu and Taskbar/Left Hand Side/Programs List on the 'extra settings' tab. Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see 'all programs list background color' That's what you need.
