Impulse does not work i can not sign up so therfor no updates please help

Make sure you don't have any firewalls or Windows security blocking it for some reason. Its the only thing I can think of with so vague a description. I know the servers themselves are working because I just bought another game today...

i disable avast and open in administrator mode still allways get the same answer

naffyg, avast IS NOT a firewall, but zonealarm, comodo firewall, online armour etc ARE .also if you are trying to connect from a university or similar corperate/private network, they could have a perimeter firewall that is blocking the ports.

So that's means I need to turn of windows defender's firewall. Nope I use my own pc at home. I wil try again once I gt home thanks again for making it clear for me hope this time it works.

windows defender firewall is less of a serious firewall that an irritant to outsiders, but might be the point of failure , but it might also be your router/isp that is blocking.
